Adaptive Halloween Costumes

Want to be Frankenstein when going house to house trick-or-treating this Halloween? How about a pirate? Every kid deserves to flaunt their best ensemble on Halloween. We invite you to check out Parents magazine, which recently ran a slideshow of different adaptive Halloween costumes for kids with special needs.

These colorful costumes are available to buy at store and online or require a little Do-It-Yourself construction, but, either way, they are a special holiday treat for a child with physical or mental disabilities, or someone who is spending most of their time in a wheelchair.
