We take the burden off patients by working directly with their health care providers and insurance companies. We receive orders directly from doctors and their staff and verify the patient’s insurance coverage. Then, the supplies are shipped directly to the patient, and we bill their insurance for them. 

When there’s an issue with prescriptions or coverage, we work it out. We do it by listening to patients and working on their behalf to find solutions that make a difference.

Our Story

Continuum

We are a family of companies providing comprehensive medical equipment and supplies and patient-focused service headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. Our goal is to improve the patient experience and support individuals across the continuum of care.

CHC Solutions is the parent company to Continuum, Burmans Medical Supplies, bioCARE and HealthSource. We provide a variety of brand choices and options for wound care, compression, urology, enteral supplies and oral nutrition supplements as well as diabetic, incontinence, orthopedic and ostomy products. We emphasize that the products provided are essential to our customers. 

Our Impact

Everything we do is about improving the patient experience. We believe that ordering medical supplies should be simple and fast. Our team has contracts with Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations.
