How can I get delivery notifications?

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
- Notify CHC Solutions directly. Please keep in mind CHC Solutions may need to file a claim on your behalf in instances of lost packages.
When will my package be delivered?
- UPS: Monday through Friday, typically 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for residential addresses. Saturday delivery is available in some areas.
- FedEx: Monday through Friday, usually 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with many areas receiving Saturday and Sunday residential delivery.
- USPS: Monday through Saturday, generally 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How can I track my package if I did not sign up for delivery notifications from the carrier?
If you’ve received the tracking number from CHC Solutions via email or text message you may track by visiting:
- UPS: www.ups.com/track
- FedEx: www.fedex.com/track
- USPS: www.tools.usps.com/track
Just enter your tracking number to view real-time status updates.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
While CHC Solutions does not require signature for delivery, your carrier may.
- UPS: May leave the package in a secure location or leave a UPS InfoNotice with next steps.
- FedEx: May leave a door tag or deliver to a nearby FedEx Hold Location.
- USPS: May leave a notice for you to request redelivery or pick up at your local Post Office.
If you know you will not be home, we suggest leaving instruction for the carrier such as “leave in vestibule” or “give to neighbor”.
It’s important to note that CHC Solutions does not have direct ability to communicate with the carrier or to provide delivery requests or instructions.
