Gina Salvatori, RD, LDN
Gina Salvatori, RD, LDN, has more than 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian and always places patient and family needs at the center of her work.
A graduate of The Ohio State University’s allied health professions and medical dietetics programs, Gina’s experience includes serving as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at a pediatric rehabilitation facility where she worked for more than 10 years. There, she supported patients and their families and gained expertise in the management of tube feeding related to failure to thrive, feeding intolerance, food allergies, GI issues and brain injuries.
Her Role at CHC Solutions
Gina works directly with patients and healthcare professionals in a variety of ways:
- Provides support and education on product choices and insurance coverage guidelines
- Acts as a clinical resource for fellow healthcare professionals
- Supports patients and their families when transitioning back to home
- Troubleshoots issues
- Educates wound care centers on the benefits of nutritionals in wound healing
- Acts as a key resource for specialty diets
